The CPA Careers website, which focuses on careers in business, has been designed to act as a practical resource for both students and teachers.

    A joint initiative of commonwealth, state and territory governments to provide careers information to secondary students.
  • ACTU
    Workplace and career advice for secondary students.
  • Gradlink
    The official graduate outcomes website. Gradlink is an interactive system linking students and tertiary graduates throughout Australia with potential employers. Includes comprehensive job search and study advice.

    A site produced by the Commonwealth Bank to provide financial education to young people in the community and help them achieve their goals. Includes budgeting tips, life skills, saving and investment advice.
  • Economic teachers association of Western Australia
    The Economics Teachers’ Association of Western Australia (ETAWA) is a professional association for teachers of economics in secondary schools.
  • Job-hunt.org
    This US-based site offers a selection of links to finance and accounting job sites as well as recruitment information.
  • Enterprise and career education foundation
    Australian site containing a small selection of career resources for educators and students.
  • University of New South Wales
    Collection of links offered by the careers service of the University of NSW. Includes links to overseas sites for finance and economics graduates.
  • Queensland economic teachers association
    Queensland economic teachers association (QETA) is a body of teachers and other educators throughout Queensland, Australia, committed to the promotion and advancement of economics and business education in schools.
  • VETnetwork
    This site is provided as a useful source of information for those involved with vocational education and training (VET).
  • Vocational education coordinators online
    A gathering place for those involved in VET in schools programs with particular emphasis on structured workplace learning.
  • Small business development corporation
    Small business development corporation (SBDC) is a Western Australian state government agency focused on the development of the small business sector.
  • Junior achievement
    The world's largest and fastest-growing non-profit economic education organisation.
  • Junior achievement international
    A US-based non-profit organisation that serves and supports junior achievement and young enterprise programs around the world.
  • Australian business
    An independent broad based business improvement and membership organisation with 5000 member companies who employ more than 200,000 people.
  • Australia's gateway to resources and services for education and training
    Section for students, teachers and parents.
  • Australian consumers association
    A completely independent, non-profit organisation which has assisted consumers for the past 40 years. Australian consumers association publishes consumer information, tests products and lobbies on behalf of the consumer.
  • Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
    One of three Commonwealth government bodies that regulate financial services. ASIC regulates advising, selling and disclosure of financial products and services to consumers so they have adequate information, are treated fairly and have adequate avenues for redress.

  • Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
    An independent statutory authority, ACCC administers the Trade Practices
    Act 1974
