International recognition
CPA Australia is a global organisation with branches in Europe, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore.
CPA Australia's international presence also continues to grow in terms of representation on international bodies and influence in the profession globally, opening many doors of opportunity for members.
Staff and members work together with local and international bodies to represent the views and concerns of the profession.
CPA Australia currently have arrangements with the following overseas membership bodies:
- AICPA and NASBA
- Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
- Malaysian Institute of Accountants
- The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore
- The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy
- Certified General Accountants - Canada (CGA-Canada)
